On June 21st, 2008, DJ AM played a gig at a very unusual location: Alcatraz prison in San Francisco. The prison has been closed since 1963 but it's still very much alive as a tourist attraction & special events location. The event that Adam dj'ed there was an exclusive event for 7x7 magazine and the Bachelors of SF Movember Benefit. Guests of the event enjoyed a private tour of the rock while raising funds and awareness for the Movember Foundation, an organization devoted to men’s health issues.
