Opening for AM in Arizona!
I got to open up for DJ AM back in my college days and it was truly a night I will never forget. I had been "following" him at the time and knew of his talent mainly from Youtube, but being on stage with him and seeing him perform a full set was so dope! He inspired me in many ways, and so much of what he did as a DJ has influenced my career and made me the DJ I am today. The best to ever do it! I have some videos I took if it's cool to post, even though the quality is to be desired b/c the poor compression and codec from back in the day. His manager was pretty strict on how much I could record at a time, but I got a few cool moments.

28+ minute video of DJ AM spinning live in New Jersey (August 5th, 2007)
Starting a new series on the DJ AM Lives YouTube page combining old, short YouTube clips of DJ AM spinning at various events. Back then, YouTube limited uploads to 10 minutes maximum so there are many clips of him at events but they are cut into many separate parts. I'm going to combine those smaller clips into one long clip for better viewing. This first one is from R3Ventures who had AM spin at Avenue in Long Branch, New Jersey in August 2007:
