Personally, as someone who worked on the film, I love that we were able to use his actual live mixes as a big part of the soundtrack of the film. What was your favorite part of "As I AM: The Life & Time$ of DJ AM"?
My favorite part of the film is where everyone that knew him talk about how selfless he was an how he would give 100 percent of himself no matter what was goin on and how he would help anyone that was serious about bringing themselves up
There are too many great scenes to nail down one. But there is one that sticks out for me and it’s when @djkevinscott is talking about when Adam was going to the radio station in L.A. to do a live mix and how Adam was reluctant to do it but Kevin, being the great friend he is, got Adam to go on the air and absolutely decimate the airwaves and give the public something they’ve probably never heard unless they saw Adam play at a club. That was a great story and great interview from Kevin.

Yo when he was cutting it up on his 1200s and that vestax mixer was seeing the raw talent he had. A DJ's dj.
